Friends of TDA Referral Program

At TDA, we value the relationships we have made over the years. There is no better form of praise than to have a past or present client, supplier, friend, or acquaintance refer business to us. We appreciate warm referrals and introductions to potential new clients—we’d like to say “thank you” by offering you a “New Client Referral Reward” for new business that you bring to TDA.

New Client Referral Reward
TDA will pay you 5 percent of the first year’s payments received from the client. This reward will be paid on a quarterly basis.

Program Process
Participating in the program is simple:

1. You complete the TDA Referral Program form.
2. We review the lead and confirm with you via e-mail if it is approved or not.
3. If approved, we will contact you to discuss the opportunity and collaborate on the best approach to engage with the prospect and introduce TDA.
4. You personally introduce TDA to the prospect— explaining, for example, how you know TDA and what your experience with us has been. A personal introduction is a strong motivator for new business.
5. TDA pursues the opportunity. We will keep you apprised of the status of the lead via e-mail and will confirm if we win the new business within six months of the submission of the form.

Friends of TDA Referral Program terms and conditions:

• The referral must be a new-name account for TDA; this means there is no current sales and service activity occurring within the account, or the account has been inactive for the past three years from the date of referral. TDA has sole discretion to determine if the referral qualifies for the program or not.
• Not all services qualify for Referral Reward payment; examples that do not qualify include services such as printing, scans, shipping, and travel.
• Referrals are valid for six months. If TDA is unsuccessful in winning new business during the six-month period following the referral, then no Referral Reward will be paid to the Referrer.
• Payment will be made to the Referrer on a quarterly basis, within 30 days following the last day of the quarter.
• Referral payments will be capped at $25,000 per client for all new referral business.
• Neither TDA nor the Referrer shall have the authority to bind the other by contract or otherwise, or to make representations as to the policies or procedures of the other. Both parties acknowledge and agree that their relationship arising from this referral does not constitute or create a general agency, joint venture, partnership, employee relationship, or franchise between them.
• The Referrer acknowledges that any submission of a referred account will be subject to TDA’s acceptance of such referred accounts in TDA’s sole discretion.
• In the event TDA receives conflicting referrals from different Referrers or TDA employees, TDA may in its sole discretion determine who will receive credit for such referrals.
• TDA will have no liability to the Referrer for the referral payment should TDA be unable to or fail to provide service to any referral provided by the Referrer.
• If a Referrer refers an account that TDA considers in its sole discretion to be fraudulent, this account will not be included in any Referrer commission.
