Intel and Seagate Rebates
Rebates on Intel® Storage Systems and Seagate Drives
Intel® channel partners who purchase selected Intel Storage Systems between June 8 and August 30 this summer are eligible for handsome rebates from Intel—plus additional rebates from Seagate Technologies for Intel Storage Systems with qualifying Seagate drives purchased between June 8 and June 27.
Intel® Storage Systems: Channel promotional rebate program on eligible Intel® server boards and processors between June 8 and August 30, 2008.
Summary: To promote increased deployment with these products, members of an Intel® Channel Partner Program in the United States and Canada that are in Premier, Associate, or Registered member status will earn a rebate when purchasing an Intel® Entry Storage System SS4200E/SS4200EHW and/or an Intel Storage System SSR212MC2/SSR212MC2R. Limit one per reseller per SKU within the promotional time period.
Eligible product purchases are based on the products listed in the table below that are purchased from Intel® Authorized Distributor any time between June 8 and August 30, 2008.**
Promotional Period: Sunday, June 8 through Saturday, August 30, 2008. To qualify for this rebate, all orders must be placed and shipped by Intel® Authorized Distributors prior to August 30, 2008.

The following rules apply to this promotional offer:
- The promotional period will run from June 8 through August 30, 2008. All orders must be placed and shipped prior to August 30, 2008.
- Intel will audit the total purchases of the eligible products by each eligible Intel® Channel Partner Program member at the end of the promotion.
- There is a limit of one rebate per reseller for each SKU.
- The rebate(s) will be processed and paid 4 to 6 weeks after the promotional period has ended.

Participating resellers must be members of the Intel® Channel Partner Program at the time of purchase in order to qualify. Government and Education pricing do not apply.
Seagate Technology promotion with Intel® Storage Systems products: Valid dates 6/8/08 to 6/27/08.
Integrator customers who purchase (on the same invoice or order) an Intel Storage Server SSSR212MC2 or Intel® Entry Storage Server SS4200-E with qualifying Seagate Cheetah* 15K SAS, Savvio* 10K SAS, or Barracuda* ES Bare Drives will be eligible to receive a rebate! All DMs excluded. This offer cannot be combined with any other Seagate bundle.
