CyberMedia Acquires TDA Group to Expand Services Portfolio

International Specialty Media House Buys Award-Winning Marketing Communications and Custom Publishing Firm

Los Altos, CA—March 13, 2008
CyberMedia, South Asia’s first and largest specialty media house today announced the acquisition of substantially all the assets of California-based TDA Group, Inc., an integrated marketing communications and custom publishing company. The purchase is part of a strategic initiative by CyberMedia to expand its services businesses.

According to Paul Gustafson, newly appointed president of TDA Group, LLC, the California-based agency will continue to provide its award-winning services by retaining and utilizing the talents and skills of the TDA staff. TDA founders Bob Tabke and Deb Dawson will remain actively involved in the company to ensure continuity and maintain TDA’s client service excellence.
