E-books provide the IBM Information Management team with a dynamic, interactive marketing tool that bridges the executive and technical audience gap with practical, compelling information about boosting productivity, lowering costs, and optimizing resources. Easy to distribute via Web or e-mail format, these e-books act as an incentive to drive lead capture for the division's marketing campaigns, and were among the top downloads at an IBM virtual conference. TDA worked with IBM to conceptualize, write, edit, and design the e-books.
